UEFA CHAMPION VS EUROPA CHAMPION

This year's UEFA Super Cup between Real Madrid and Eintracht Frankfurt will be the 47th edition since it's establishment. It is an annual football match organised by UEFA and contested by the champions of the top European Club Competition, ( UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League). 

The match will see the Spanish champions and champions league winner Real Madrid and the Deutch side and Europa league winner Eintracht Frankfurt go head to head for the trophy at the Olympic Stadium in Helsinki, Finland.

The match between both clubs will be the second meeting for both clubs in a final sine 1960 European Cup Final which was won by Real Madrid 7-3.

The final will feature the Semi-Automated Offside Technology (SAOT) for the firstt time in European club competition.
